If you're running on coffee and 2-hour stretches of sleep, you might be wondering if it's time for some kind of sleep support. Here's the good news: you don’t have to figure it all out alone—and you're not behind.
🧡 First things first: Every baby is different
Some babies settle into sleep routines early. Others need a bit of extra help. And that's totally normal!
Sleep is a skill, just like walking or talking—something we all need to learn. Some babies pick it up naturally, others benefit from a little coaching.
👶 When is a baby ready for sleep coaching?
Sleep training (the structured kind with a method) is usually appropriate from around 4 months, when babies can start learning to fall asleep more independently.
But you can begin laying healthy sleep foundations from the newborn stage—gently, responsively, and with no pressure. That’s where I can support you.
🚩Signs your baby might be ready for coaching:
They're waking frequently and need help falling back asleep every time
Naps are chaotic or super short
Bedtime feels like a battle (and takes forever)
You’ve tried lots of things, but nothing is sticking
You’re exhausted and ready for change
🛠️ You don’t need to do everything at once
Sleep coaching doesn’t have to mean “cry it out” or a complete overhaul. Sometimes, a few small shifts—at the right time—can make a big difference for both your baby and your sleep.
💬 Not sure if your baby’s ready? I’d love to help you look at the bigger picture and figure out the next right step for your family—whether your baby’s 6 weeks or 6 months.
